"The Aliens will invade Earth and kill everyone."
One thing that today’s human civilization is perfect at is its ability to create imaginary fears to hide itself from the reality.
If there’s one thing that the first two weeks of Feb 2023 can be identified with, it would be the US Air Force shooting down the flying objects roaming around the skies over North America.
After shooting down the identifiable weather balloon coming from China earlier this month, three “unidentifiable” objects were blasted to pieces as well, which provided the UFO enthusiasts and the media something to talk about for a couple of days before it was declared that even those three objects were no less terrestrial than the humans themselves.
The fact that they were easily shot down by human-made missiles is a proof that they were not coming from a separate galaxy, for if they did, they could never have been shot down by our physics-obeying weaponry.
But our obsession with ignoring the actual threats and focusing on abstract threats is so deep that this incident turned on the stove once again and heated up the conversations on the online forums regarding the possibility of an extra-terrestrial life visiting Earth.
According to National UFO Reporting Center, there have been more than 150,000 UFO sightings during the last 47 years, and thanks to the idea of “alien invasion” fed to the public over the decades by the sci-fi movies and the media that every time a conversation about UFOs or, as per the latest nomenclature, UAPs starts, the first thing that comes to the mainstream mind is that the aliens will either destroy or conquer the Earth.
So, the mainstream thinking is that the green men with big eyes coming from Tau Ceti are a “threat” to the human civilization and we must take required measures for our safety.
“Attempting to communicate with extraterrestrials, if they do exist, could be extremely dangerous for us,” said Physicist Mark Buchanan in an op-ed article for the Washington Post.
Not only today, but the “alien threat” notion has been on the presentation to the public for generations, as evidenced by Ronald Reagan’s 1987 UN speech in which he said, “I occasionally think how quickly our differences worldwide would vanish if we were facing an alien threat from outside this world.”
The logic being pushed into the mainstream to justify that aliens indeed are a threat to human civilization comes from the human history itself. It says that since the human civilization started, every strong and mighty civilization destroyed/conquered, or at least tried to destroy/conquer, the civilization that was weak and feeble, therefore, aliens being more advanced than us would destroy humanity and conquer the Earth.
“Don’t you know what the Europeans, being more advanced than the Africans and Asians, did to the Africans and Asians? That’s what the aliens will do to the Earthians.”
The mainstream perception is being marinated in this blend of ideas to label aliens as a “national security threat” and people are letting this marination to seep deep into their thinking patterns as quickly as the water seeps into the sand, because on the surface level, nothing seems to be wrong with this line of thinking toward aliens.
But under this veneer of “national security threat” and “threat to humanity” lies some logical points which delegitimates the entire narrative surrounding UFOs.
The fact that the Europeans were technologically advanced doesn’t mean that their civilization was superior, because intelligently, emotionally, or spiritually they were as primitive as anything you can possibly think about. They destroyed Africans and Asians and looted them for centuries not because they were technologically advanced but because they were emotionally backward.
In no way does the thinking that the non-white people deserve to be the slaves of white people depend upon how much technology you have, it all depends on who you are emotionally.
If Buddha had that much technology in his time, do you think he would go on attacking countries after countries? Of course not. Because his consciousness level is far higher than the Europeans of the colonial period, and even than the vast majority of people today for that matter.
So, trying to conquer others is not a question of technological advancement but whether or not you are operating from the level of consciousness which believes in others to be conquered.
The Europeans of the 17th or the 18th century might have been the technological monsters, but it was their emotional immaturity that made them start the process of colonization. Technological superiority was just an icing on the cake.
So, this notion that technological superiority is all it needs for a civilization to enslave other civilization is wrong in the first place. But it’s being pushed into the mainstream and people are gulping it in.
In the media, the aliens/UFOs are described as technologically and scientifically far superior to our technology and science, and of course they are if they can travel between galaxies or - as described by some officials - travel at the speed of human thought (metaphorically), take sharp turns instantly, violate the laws of physics, jam radar, and have no visible means of propulsion; not including many other aeronautical properties that the Earth’s flying objects can’t even imagine to have.
Yes, if aliens exist, they have a far better technology than ours, and No, even if they have a better technology, they are not a threat to human civilization.
If the aliens really wanted to do to humans what the Europeans did to the Africans and Asians, then they would have done it long ago. They would not have to wait for thousands of years to do something they could do on the very first day. Why didn’t they wipe out the human shadow from this planet in the Dark Ages, when it was the easiest to do? If we are their enemies, as every media publication wants us to believe, why are they allowing their enemies to better their understanding of science and keep upgrading their technology?
If we are to agree to the notion that the aliens hate humanity, or they want to steal the Earth’s resources, or they think of humans as inferior species, then what we are also agreeing to is that these aliens - who can travel between galaxies like we travel between cities - operate from the same conscious/mental level as ours.
Do you see how absurd it sounds?
At the level of thinking we are operating from currently, it’s a human tendency to dominate, colonize, and subjugate others. The entire human history up until this point can simply be concluded as “one group trying to dominate the other.” And the human mind is so afraid of facing the reality of its own violent nature that it tries to fit in every conscious creature into the similar way of behaving.
“Look, it’s not the humans only, even those aliens have the tendency to be jealous and exploitative.”
To avoid the pain of guilt and shame, we tend to believe that every civilization - if there exist other civilizations - has the same modus operandi as ours.
If the aliens have developed the machines that can defy the laws of physics, or that can make the machines made by humans look like toys, that means that the difference between their and our understanding of science is as much, if not more, as the difference between the sky and the ground.
What does this tell us?
This tells us that aliens, if there are aliens, have been in existence for far longer time period than the humans. If they came into existence just recently, then how come they developed so better of a technology in so less of a time? Of course, they have been in this universe for millions of years if they have been able to develop such a technology.
Their ability to survive for so long disproves the notion that they carry the same mental tendencies to dominate and exploit as humans. Because apart from these tendencies, what humans - at today’s consciousness level - also have is the tendency to literally destroy themselves. We are seeing it play out in the real time, right in front of our eyes, either via climate change or nuclear war.
If they have survived for so long, that means they have not only transcended their tendency to destroy themselves but also have gone over the desire to rule over others i.e., they have crushed through the barriers that their own intelligence posed in their evolution. At the certain point of their evolution, there would have come a point where they had to evolve beyond the limits that their own mind posed on them, just as the case with humans today, to survive, and they successfully went past that point.
So, before agreeing to the narrative that “the aliens are a threat to humanity,” you have to agree to their existence, and before agreeing to their existence, you have to agree that they have won over the limits that their mind posed on them; limits which lead to the self-destructive, exploitative, and violent behavior; and if they have transcended the narrow-minded urge to dominate, how come they are a “threat to human civilization”?
I won’t comment on whether or not the UFOs are real, because there is no enough evidence to either prove or disprove the existence of extra-terrestrial species. All those who are taking sides on a matter as unclear and vague as that of the UFOs are not adding anything worthwhile to the conversations at whose heart lies the will to solve this mystery.
The moment you conclude either that the “UFOs are real” or that the “
UFOs are a hoax” is the moment you stop looking critically at the movements happening in this space; the movements which may be helping an evil empire in fulfilling its evil agendas, but you’ll either celebrate or ignore those movements depending on the club you belong to.
So, the best approach, according to me, is not to be a part but an observer of this narrative, and by part I also mean that you do not outright deny the existence of ETs.
As we have discussed above in the simplest way possible, there is no “alien threat” even if the aliens are a reality.
There is no “alien threat” even if they live in your neighborhood.
On the contrary, I think that the aliens visiting the Earth will be the biggest boon for humanity in the same way as the visit of a person who broke through his habit of smoking would be a boon for the person who is killing himself by smoking.
