On Feb 19, there will be an anti-war rally from Lincoln Memorial to the Washington DC. In the recent history, it’s the first anti-war rally that’s getting some mainstream attention now; people are getting informed about it and they are showing interest in supporting the rally.
But some opposition to the rally has already started sprouting and the primary reason is that “there are speakers like Tulsi Gabbard.” Just because they don’t like some of the speakers due to ideological differences, some people over Twitter are showing rage over the “Rage Against The War Machine.”
Keeping in mind that this is going to be one of the biggest anti-war rallies in decades and that the risk of nuclear war is ever rising, do you think it’s logical to oppose the rally just because your preferred speakers are not a part of it?
Yeah, that's why I always say that no ideology can take us out of this mess. As long as we keep clinging to ideologies, there will always be people resisting change because it doesn't "fit" into their limited ideologies.
Correct. The fact that there are people who oppose resisting nuclear war and climate change shows that many people don't see it as an issue for humanity. Their ideologies have locked their eyelids and they are unable to see what's happening.
I hope it is a really big rally. But I fear there are many assholes who don't like this person or that movement and therefore won't show up. What good is an ideologically pure movement if we're all dead?
If the rally isn't huge, the Deep State will have succeeded in dividing and conquering even on the question of nuclear war.
No I do not think it's logical to oppose the rally just because some of the speakers have ideological differences from you.
Grow up..!

This is not a red or blue issue. This is a human being, freedom issue.
TPTB want us divided! Sorry, I’m not playing.
